Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Voltage Leads website at voltageleads.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Voltage Leads is operated by Voltage Recall LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Voltage Leads and qualify for rewards, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Canada.
  • You must be a new guest at the participating partner spa you are matched with through Voltage Leads.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • You may only create one account per person.

3. Description of Services

Voltage Leads is a guest matching and rewards platform that connects individuals with participating luxury spa partners. We are not a spa, healthcare provider, or wellness clinic and do not provide spa services or treatments of any kind. We facilitate introductions between guests and partner spas and administer rewards to eligible guests whose visits are verified.

4. Reward Terms

Eligible guests may receive a $50 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard® after visiting a participating partner spa, subject to the following conditions:

  • The reward is subject to partner spa participation, visit verification, and compliance with these terms.
  • The reward is a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard® delivered to the email address you provide. It is not a gift card.
  • You must be a new guest at the specific partner spa you visit through Voltage Leads.
  • Your visit must be verified through our verification process, which may include confirmation from the partner spa and, for non connected partners, receipt upload.
  • Rewards are typically processed and delivered within a few business days of verification.
  • Voltage Leads reserves the right to withhold, delay, or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, false information, or violations of these terms.
  • The reward amount, availability, and terms may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®s are subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer.

5. Guest Obligations

As a guest using Voltage Leads, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of our services.
  • Not create multiple accounts or use false identities.
  • Not engage in any activity intended to manipulate, game, or defraud the rewards system.
  • Comply with the policies and rules of the partner spa you visit.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Partner Spa Obligations

Participating partner spas agree to provide their services at their standard pricing and quality levels to guests matched through Voltage Leads. Partner spas are independent businesses responsible for their own services, pricing, scheduling, and customer experience. Voltage Leads does not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any partner spa or its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Voltage Leads website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Voltage Recall LTD or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Voltage Leads and Voltage Recall LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your visit to any partner spa.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any services provided by partner spas.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the value of the reward you are eligible to receive ($50).
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltage Recall LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your interaction with any partner spa.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Voltage Leads at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any pending rewards that have not yet been verified and delivered may be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Voltage Leads after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
