Our Commitment

Voltage Leads, operated by Voltage Recall LTD, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe everyone should be able to access information about luxury spa experiences and our rewards program. We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website for all visitors.

  • Ensuring all interactive elements are accessible via keyboard navigation.
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast ratios across the site to meet WCAG AA standards.
  • Providing descriptive text alternatives for images and meaningful labels for form controls.
  • Using clear, plain language in our content.
  • Building responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes, including when content is zoomed to 200%.
  • Ensuring focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements.
  • Avoiding content that flashes more than three times per second.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, we encourage you to contact us so we can address them.
